Privacy Policy
How Gamesna handles account data, embedded games, advertising cookies, and your privacy requests.
Last updated: 3 November 2026.
This policy covers gamesna.com, its player features, and its blog. Gamesna was created by Hamza Kara Bala (karabala.dev). For privacy questions, contact hamzekarabala3@gmail.com.
Information and purposes
When you use account features, information may include the name, email address, sign-in information, profile details, favourites, and preferences you provide. Contacting us also provides your email address, message, and attachments. We use this information to provide requested features, maintain accounts, and respond to enquiries.
Website delivery, security, and game services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, referring pages, and request times to deliver content, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. Game progress and scores may be stored on your device or by the game provider. Where analytics tools are enabled, usage information may also support measurement and improvements, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Embedded games and providers
Gamesna includes games supplied through Playgama. Loading an embedded game connects your browser to its provider and partners, which may process technical data, gameplay activity, identifiers, cookies, and local storage under their own policies. Read Playgama’s Privacy Policy. Where GameMonetize games are offered, review the GameMonetize Privacy Policy and notices inside the game. Each provider sets its own practices and retention periods.
Google AdSense and advertising
Gamesna plans to use Google AdSense. When enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve personalised ads based on visits to this and other sites, where permitted and subject to consent requirements. Advertising partners may also use web beacons, IP addresses, and device identifiers for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Non-personalised ads may still use storage for frequency limits and reporting. Game providers may separately show in-game advertising.
Manage Google personalisation at My Ad Center and read how Google uses information from partner sites. Some participating vendors offer opt-outs through YourAdChoices. These choices do not necessarily affect every provider or remove all advertising.
Cookies, consent, and choices
Cookies and similar technologies can support sign-in, preferences, game saves, measurement, and advertising. See our Cookie Policy. Where a consent message is presented, use its controls to make or change your choices. You can also block or clear cookies and site data through your browser; doing so may sign you out or erase local game progress. Visiting Gamesna alone is not consent to optional tracking.
Legal grounds, recipients, and transfers
Where a legal basis is required, processing relies on providing requested services, legitimate operational and security interests where permitted, consent for activities requiring it, or legal obligations. Hosting, security, communications, game, and advertising providers may handle relevant information for their functions. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address abuse and protect rights. Providers may process data outside your country; applicable safeguards depend on the provider and relevant law.
Retention and security
Information is retained according to its purpose: maintaining an account, resolving correspondence, operating and securing services, and meeting legal obligations or handling disputes. Local game data remains until cleared or expired according to the game and browser. Third-party providers control their own retention. No internet service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data protection authority. Rights may have exceptions and require proportionate verification. Email the contact above with the subject “Gamesna — Privacy request”. Requests about independently controlled game or advertising data may also need to go to the relevant provider.
Children and younger players
Our catalogue includes children’s and educational games. Parents and guardians should help younger players choose suitable games and review provider privacy notices. Children should not send us personal information by email. If you believe a child’s information was collected inappropriately through Gamesna, contact us with the relevant URL and details for review. This policy does not replace parental consent or child-specific protections required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy as services, providers, and legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Additional notice or fresh consent will be provided where legally required.
