Editorial & Advertising Policy
Gamesna’s standards for gaming articles, corrections, sponsorships, affiliate links, and advertising transparency.
Last updated: 3 November 2026.
This policy sets the standards for Gamesna’s blog, game descriptions, recommendations, and commercial disclosures.
Our editorial purpose
Our goal is to help readers discover browser games, understand controls and mechanics, and find practical gaming guidance. Articles should be useful, clear, and relevant to the game or topic rather than written solely to attract search traffic.
Accuracy and sources
Factual claims should be checked against reliable sources, such as the game itself, the developer’s documentation, or the provider’s published information. Provider-supplied descriptions should be distinguished from our own observations. A catalogue listing, summary, or recommendation must not imply hands-on testing unless that testing took place. Opinions and recommendations should be recognisable as such, and limitations should be explained where they affect the advice.
Games, availability, controls, and provider policies can change. Publication and update dates help readers judge currency. We aim to correct material errors when identified; an older article may not describe the latest version of a game.
Originality and AI assistance
Articles and images must respect third-party rights and identify sources where appropriate. AI tools may assist with ideas, drafting, translation, or editing, but responsibility for published material remains with Gamesna. AI output is not evidence of gameplay, testing, or factual accuracy. Generated or altered material must not be presented in a way that misleads readers about real gameplay or the basis of a claim.
Advertising
Embedded games may display advertisements provided by their game providers and partners. Gamesna also plans to use Google AdSense. Advertisements are commercial placements and are separate from editorial content. Ad selection can be automated and may vary by region, provider, and privacy choices. An ad’s appearance does not by itself mean Gamesna recommends or guarantees the advertiser, product, or destination.
We do not ask readers to click advertisements to support Gamesna. Reports about misleading or inappropriate ads can be sent through our Contact Us page.
Sponsorships and affiliate links
If an article, placement, or recommendation is sponsored, that relationship should be clearly disclosed near the relevant content. If we use an affiliate link that may earn a commission, that fact should be explained before or beside the relevant links. Free access, gifts, or other material relationships affecting coverage should also be disclosed. Commercial relationships must not be presented as independent testing or hidden within ordinary editorial links.
Corrections and feedback
Email hamzekarabala3@gmail.com with the subject “Gamesna — Editorial correction”. Include the article or game-page URL, the passage concerned, and a reliable source or clear explanation. We will review the concern and may correct the text, clarify its context, or explain why a change is not supported. Significant factual corrections should be made clear to readers where appropriate.
